The deal includes key casino and hospitality assets in Alberta, Canada, and is aligned with a broader privatization transaction involving Gamehost Inc.. Structured under a long-term triple-net lease, the acquisition is expected to deliver stable rental income, with built-in escalation clauses and a 25-year base term.
