The global online gambling ecosystem witnessed a notable escalation in consumer disputes during the first quarter of 2026, reflecting both industry expansion and heightened user awareness. Data released by the Casino Guru Complaint Resolution Center indicates a sharp rise in complaint volumes, alongside meaningful progress in dispute resolution. Nearly 4,000 complaints were recorded, with over 1,300 cases resolved and approximately USD 5.3 million (around Rs 44 crore) returned to players.
