Ontario Boasts 5m Digitised Medical Charts, but Critics Remain Wary

She added that there are now 5,500 doctors using electronic records-almost twice as many as a year ago.
Low-Income Homes Have a Reason to ‘Smile’
Submitted by Gene Rickman on Sat, 10/02/2010 - 12:11On Friday, Deb Matthews, the Health Minister of Ontario declared delivering dental care to nearly 130,000 children up to the age of 18 of households with income as low as $20,000 or less and who don’t possess dental insurance coverage.
The announcement was made at the Middlesex-London Health Unit and Mathews stated that such a kind of investment was required for the dental care of kids.
