RHJ International to buy Kleinwort Benson for £225mn

Belgian investment group RHJ International has agreed to buy the UK wealth management unit Kleinwort Benson from Germany's Commerzbank in a deal worth £225 million.
RHJ International said that it was attracted to Kleinwort Benson as it had been looking for some time to develop a European financial services business.
Last month, RHJ International had failed to buy a stake in GM's Opel unit.
