The Food Standards Agency the two bulls were among eight cattle conceived using embryos harvested from a cloned cow in the US. The development has triggered debate over the role of the food watchdog.
It may be noted here that under European law, food products produced from cloned animals must get approval from the concerned authority before they are put for sale. However, experts stress that food products from the offspring of cloned animals do not pose any health risk.

The fire broke out at Wessex Foods, in Lowestoft, on Sunday evening and the residents located in close proximity testified the explosions.

ConAgra Foods under Pressure

The Company’s quarterly profit declined by 48% due to these factors and it revealed that it expects earnings to remain on the lower side this year.

Fuddruckers to be Acquired by Luby Inc.

Danone Russia Operations Combine with OAO Unimilk
