Freesat has reportedly hired a VCCP in order to take care of the accounts.

According to the free-to-view digital TV satellite service, Freesat that corroborates the recruitment of the advertising agency VCCP to take care of its account and shall foresee that it becomes a household brand name in UK stated the source.

The position will be responsible for marketing and advertising events which is considered to be a challenge for other major agencies. As stated by the media release the brand name for Freesat and the knowing of the product is something of importance and shall be pitched forward for.

VCCP has believed to taken over from the Farm who initially took care of the account previously. And in this it is the World Cup where the latest advertising campaigns such as "Brownie Points" were used to convey the message.

In the meanwhile it was stated that this mode was used to get free HD channels to the users of Freesat equipment.
