Study Reveals a Decrease in the Cases of HIV in Rwanda

The Obama Government is making plans for decreasing the expenditure on AIDS, as billions of dollars are being spent every year for the AIDS relief.

Therefore, next week, a conference will take place in Vienna, where the officials will get together and talk about the regulations regarding the coming times. The Government administrators, AIDS support groups and health employees are going to chalk out the agenda.

It is likely that the Government will have a policy to prevent the occurrence of the disease.

The American administration has given a sum of $32.3 billion so that a proper record of the AIDS patients throughout the world is maintained. The administration is restructuring a plan, which is called President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, started by President Bush.

A study conducted by UNAIDS program in Rwanda disclosed that the spread of AIDS can be prevented by alterations in the sexual behavior of people.

The study also disclosed that the young people in Rwanda, who are in the age group of 15-24, are waiting for a longer duration before they indulge in sexual activities.

In many cases the people are having less number of sexual partners than before.
