Zelda: Skyward Sword to come out in early 2011
Zelda: Skyward Sword to come out in early 2011

Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma has announced that they were aiming to release The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword sometime in the early part of next year.

In an interview with the Official Nintendo Magazine UK, Aonuma said, "The basis we have now is very, very solid. Early 2011 - that is what we're aiming for."

But, it may be noted here that Nintendo has retreated from its earlier promise that new Wii Zelda, Mario, and Metroid games would be released in 2010.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 has already been launched, while Metroid: Other M is expected to be launched in August, but as far as The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword is concerned; the company has broken its promise.

However, it would be better for the game to arrive late with polished features rather than early with shoddy features.
