Mel Gibson’s image carries on getting thrashed, thanks to conditions surrounding his breakup with Russian musician, Oksana Grigorieva, who gave birth to the duo’s daughter, Lucia, last October.

After filling a restraining order against Gibson in the previous week, Grigorieva has asserted that the father has not shelled out a single penny for the child.

She further stated that she has been living on credit cards and also borrowing money from others to take care of her expenses.

There were reports in the preceding week that Gibson filed a restraining order against his ex, but Grigorieva asserts that is not the case.

There is no restraining order against me, she said, but her lawyers went to a court and a judge granted a restraining order against him, she told the paper.

In addition to that, she also stated that a lot of deceptive things have been spoken about her. She had been trying to keep things quite decent but what Gibson was doing, was totally cruel.

Gibson, who in the year 2009 divorced Robyn, has not responded to Grigorieva’s assertions.

Gibson, 54, and Grigorieva, 40, parted their ways after a year of dating in April, just a year after he divorced Robyn, his wife of 28 years and mother to seven of his kids.
