The nice people of Kaitaia and Kaikohe have displayed how ordinary knowledge can triumph over fervent obsession, by resolutely snubbing the adding of toxic fluoride waste to their drinking water, says health activists from the local region and Fluoride Action Network NZ (FANNZ).
After a two year experiment, observed by FANNZ as an illegitimate medical trial under the Bill of Rights Act, official data signifying involvement between some councillors and employees and the DHB, the DHB’s report on the examination mentioned as “scientific garbage and academic dishonesty” by FANNZ, and a review perceived as prejudiced toward fluoridation, escorted by a widespread taxpayer-financed movement by the DHB, the residents of Kaitaia and Kaikohe have said “No!”
This pursues an important vote against fluoridation in Waipukurau last year.
Mark Atkin of FANNZ indicates that the wave is turning against this botched policy. It appears that the people possess far more knowledge than our self-proclaimed health experts.
Mr. Atkin, says, “Perhaps now the NDHB can focus on something actually useful in reducing tooth decay, such as Dr. Croucher’s school tooth-brushing campaign, which he described as highly successful. This is something we would applaud”.
He said that all the trustworthy studies, and the latest data from the Ministry of Health reveals that there is no gain from fluoridation.
