Rumors are flying high that Research In Motion's much-anticipated BlackBerry slider smartphone may hit stores sooner than later.

Engadget claimed that chief executive of BlackBerry-parts-supplier said that BlackBerry slider smartphone would be launched next month.

According to reports, the CEO of Woojeon & Handan told Joins. com that his firm would supply parts for the upcoming BlackBerry slider, which would launch in April

Speaking on the upcoming device, Engadget reported, "The Canadian company RIM famous for BlackBerry smartphones is releasing a new model next month, Known as the 'T'.”

Separately, it was reported that some images of BlackBerry OS 6.0 have leaked.

Leaked images of BlackBerry OS 6.0 shows that the company has paid more attention to widgets. An interactive home screen will allow users to customize and view updates including from social networking sites.
