Ken Block flies through the streets of San Francisco

The fifth installment of DC Shoes founder Ken Block's viral Gymkhana videos shows the professional rally driver driving through the San Francisco streets, taking his brand of insane stunt driving to a new level.

The "Gymkhana FIVE" - which was premiered at the JW Marriott during X Games weekend - virtually has Block flying through the city's streets in his 600 hp Ford Fiesta racecar. The video shows the extreme sports star invading San Francisco's streets via the Bay Bridge, and performing several breathtaking technical stunts while drifting and jumping his way through the streets.

Two of the clips in the latest Gymkhana videos literally show Block - whose YouTube channel presently boasts 177 million video views - run circles around two moving cable car-look buses and his motorcycle racing companion Travis Pastrana, with the NASCAR driver performing a front wheel stand on his motorcross bike.

The latest video was filmed over a period of several days, with Block giving a number of takes at each of the stunt locations. However, the clipping finally plays out as one single unbroken run through the city.

About the filming of the 10-minute "Gymkhana FIVE" video - which is now live at the DC Shoes Film YouTube site - Block told ESPN. com after the video's screening at JW Marriott: "Fortunately, we were able to work with [producer Scott Allen] Logan to get all the permits from the city to do what we wanted to do."
