Smokers urged to leave smoking as No Smoking Day about to arrive

With March 14 being the National No Smoking Day, everyone has been telling smokers that they should take a leap and quit smoking.

Throughout March, three events have been lined up for helping smokers quit smoking and during these events at Skegness, amokers will receive tips and hints on how to keep the evil away.

At places like XSite Skatepark, the Hildreds Shopping Centre and at the official opening of Phoenix Health Shop there will be no smoking on Saturday, March 10 between 1pm and 3pm, on Wednesday, March 14 between 10am and 3pm and between 10am and 4pm, respectively.

There are many natural alternatives to smoking that can help you leave smoking and information on this will be given on the national no smoking day.

Many are trying to leave smoking but are unable to and there are many reasons for this like not enough support from people as compared to alcoholics and drug-addicts along with the physiological effects of nicotine dependency being just as debilitating.

Experts have stated that leaving smoking is possible with a combination of techniques and one should try and follow as many techniques as possible.
