Price William and Kate too busy in Northern Ireland
Royal couple, Prince William and Kate Middleton went to Northern Ireland for a day-long trip. And during that time they were quite busy since they completed a long list of engagements.
The couple is about to get married on April 1. They began their trip with a breakfast session at the Belfast City Hall. They met Lord Mayor Pat Convery at this place.
It was then followed by a visit to youth charity in the city where they had their lunch along with NI Secretary Owen Paterson at Hillsborough Castle.
The list was completed when the couple finally went to the Greenmount Agricultural College near Antrim. For the couple's first visit to the European nation, the security was very tight. That is precisely the reason why no pre-visit announcements were made by the Buckingham Palace and/or the Northern Ireland Office.
At the City Hall they met a crowd of some 100 people. The crowd consisted of representatives of Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children.
During the visit, Kate was wearing a double-breasted belted coat along with frill at the hem. There were opaque tights and high-heeled shoes.
