Reports are emerging that the original Desire smartphone owners will be able to enjoy company's cloud service HTCSense. com.
HTCSense. com, which is available on the Desire HD and Z smartphones, is a security and back up service that allows users to remotely back up their contacts and text messages in the cloud.
The cloud service can also be used to trace, lock and even remote wipe a handset in case of loss of the device.
At the launch of HTCSense. com in September, Desire owners were unhappy to know that they would not be bale to take advantage of the cloud service, but emerging reports are suggesting that the service could now be made available on the original Desire handsets too.
As per TechRadar's claims, guys at HTC expect to roll out the online service by the end of this year.
The company reportedly refused to confirm the reports, but said more details should be available by the end of this year.
