Love and Other Drugs, Premiered on Tuesday

The two stars of Love & Other Drugs, Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal looked dazzling, when they arrived at the premier of their movie on the 16th of November. The duo posed for pictures, signed autographs for fans at the event and also ended up talking to the press.

The premier for the movie took place at the 2010 New York Variety Screening Series at AMC Loews Theatre.

In the movie, Jake happens to play the role of a salesman for a pharmaceutical Company, who ends up meeting the character being played by Anne, who happens to be full of life and cannot be brought down by anyone. While talking about a tricky scene involving the two in the movie, Jake stated that he made sure that Anne was protected and that she did not feel awkward when the scene was being shot.

Jake further stated that intimidating fake sex on screen is always a very unnatural and awkward thing to do, especially as there are other people on the sets. He felt that, it was his duty to make sure that any did not feel objectified in the scene and was always comfortable.

While talking about his method to make Anne comfortable, Jake said "I'd tease her by saying, 'Where do you want me to go? What do you want me to do?' Anne was always like, 'you do your thing and I'll do my, I'm fine on my own!' "
