While many have reported problems reaching the Balloon Fiesta Park and many others have said that they had trouble with the park and ride, the Balloon Fiesta 2010 is said to have seen a beautiful mass ascension.

Sky 7 are said to have flown over as the balloons took to the skies, on Saturday morning.

While several people had reportedly chosen for the park and ride, for a smooth ride to Balloon Fiesta Park, they are said to have witnessed problems, for the number of people happened to outnumber the number of buses available.

"We're from out of town. We're from Las Vegas. We came here just for the Balloon Fest. We did get tickets for the Gondola Club for tonight and tomorrow”, said Dave Fry, who had come to the Balloon Fiesta for the first time.

He further added that there were numerous people like him who had gone through the same problems. Sherry Frankovich, one another like him said that he had been turned away along with as many as 1,000 other people.

A lady, who arrived at 5:30 am, travelling all the way from Oregon to Albuquerque, said she was late even though she had tried to make it as soon as possible. Karen Dunn said that she had come to see the Balloon Fiesta, for the first time with her friends.

Even the organizers are said to have agreed that Saturday had the largest crowd they've ever had.
