Fatigue has today become a major part of everyone’s stressful life. Whether one suffers from a common cold, or a severe cancer, fatigue is accompanied with all kinds of physical and mental ailments. For instance, disorders like hepatitis, diabetes, heart disease, tuberculosis, thyroid problems, anemia, anxiety, and depression, have an unavoidable symptom of fatigue. Plus, it can also be seen as a side-effect of many drugs.
Even though fatigue isn’t that severe disorder in itself, it can become serious if prolonged more than a week, or occurs along with pain, swelling, muscle aches, sore throat, or fever. The prolonged fatigue is also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS); and today, there are many people suffering from this convoluted ailment. CFS includes a low energy and mental clarity, and a drop in physical wholeness, accompanied with flu-like symptoms that render one in frustration.
It is recommended that one must consult the doctor if such symptoms of fatigue persist for long. Other methods of the treatment of CFS include talking to people, spending some time under the sun, or taking Vitamin D supplements, focusing energy, playing or taking a walk outside, balancing the diet schedule and eating more frequently, and drinking a cup of coffee, and at least eight glasses or water a day.
CFS is usually accompanied with emotional problems, but one must avoid consuming any pills or boozing when suffering from this disorder.
